I'd like to talk about my friend, Sarah, who recently made a really wise decision.

The decision she made was just a few weeks ago. She had been offered a promotion at her job, which would have come with a significant salary increase and more responsibilities. However, at the same time, she was also approached by a local charity to become their new executive director. This role would allow her to use her skills to help those in need, but it would mean a pay cut and a change in her daily routine.
After careful consideration, Sarah decided to take the job at the charity.
