My mom taught me how to play in a swimming bath at the beginning. After I found it super fun, I went for a coach for two summers. After that, I just play with my friends and learn from each other.

I would suggest the 30-day challenge videos for beginners, they teach you to step by step and once you complete it you feel amazing and accomplished. This means that just 20 minutes of exercise before studying can improve your concentration and help you focus your learning.

No, I don't know anyone who likes sports. Believe it or not, I haven't done any sports, because I hate to be injured. Well, I may have been a little overprotective. Maybe one day in the future I will have a try.

Yes, of course. Doing exercise can help people lose weight, stay in shape, full of energy, and keep in a good mood. And thus, it makes people more charming.
7. Should schools encourage young students to take more physical exercise?学校应该鼓励年轻学生进行更多的体育锻炼吗?
I think keeping a reasonable amount of activity is necessary. Actually, students already have a lot of exercise from their everyday PE class, but those who are not spending enough time on sports, such as not correctly working out in PE classes, definitely need more exercise.
